3 Gas Producing Wells + 1 Rework Well — Raise $300K for 15% WI (Texas)

Raising $300k for 15% working interest in a 4-well gas project: 3 wells online 5+ years (one produced >3 BCF). 4th well to be completed and brought online (target December completion) with similar profile to the >3 BCF well. Gas production cap 3,000 MCF/day expected for 2–3 years before decline (per materials). Funds used to complete 4th well and stabilize/optimize existing wells.
