Project Overview
The total acreage of the project is 2,200 acres. This expansive area provides room for at least two new drills. Recent successes in the region have yielded wells producing between 1,000–1,500 barrels per day (bbls/day) initially. Prior to being shut-in, production across all wells averaged 85 bbls/day. With additional investment, the wells have the potential to produce between 100–120 bbls/day.

Price for all wells, acreage, and equipment: $1.4 million (MM).
